Ben Sheets has been making himself comfortable in the green room. Going into round 8, he’s seen pitcher after pitcher get there ticket punched, while the former Team USA standout stand pat, waiting for a place to call home.
How far will he far? Whose going to take such a gamble on this brittle starter? He’s a hit or miss player, If he stays on the mound, he’s a top 15 SP, but it won’t be of any worth with him holding down a DL spot.
Rich Harden was seen laughing out the green room, at Sheets, when he was drafted several round ago. Karma? We’ll see!
